BUDGET ORDINANCE 2021-21
An Ordinance Providing for the Appropriation of Specific Amounts Estimated as Required for the Various Departments of the Government of the City of Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania for and during the Fiscal Year, Dating from January 1, 2022 and Ending December 31, 2022
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAZLETON THAT:
SECTION 1 – For the purpose of operation of the various departments in the City of Hazleton for and during the fiscal year 2022, specific amounts are hereby appropriated from the General Revenues available for the various departments, bureaus, and purposes.
SECTION 2 – In order to present the amounts appropriated to the various functions of the City of Hazleton, in the uniform manner required by the Act of General Assembly No. 385, the amounts referred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance are hereby reclassified by functions in accordance with the Budget Draft attached hereto.
SECTION 3 – Any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances conflicting with this Ordinance shall be and the same are hereby repealed, insofar as the same affects this Ordinance.
