Hazleton Land BankThe mission of the City of Hazleton Land Bank is to use available resources to facilitate the return of vacant, blighted, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties to productive use.  By doing so, the Land Bank works to combat community deterioration, promote economic growth, and help stabilize both the housing and job markets in Hazleton.
