An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance 2020-34 which Re-Enacted Ordinance 1933, Imposing the Per Capita Tax
WHEREAS, the City of Hazleton enacted Ordinance 2020-34 entitled, “Re-Enacting Ordinance 1933 which Continues in Force and Effect for the Period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, Imposing the Per Capita Tax” on December 11, 2020.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Council of the City of Hazleton, Pennsylvania that Ordinance 1933, by and through its reenactment via Ordinance 2020-34 is hereby REPEALED.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Hazleton this 16th day of December, 2021.
