Parks Grass Cutting, Weed Trimming, and Litter/Debris Pickup

The City of Hazleton requests sealed proposals for two separately priced park-maintenance services at 17 City parks and playgrounds: (A) litter and loose-debris pickup and (B) grass cutting and weed trimming. Offerors may propose on either service, both services, any individual site, or any combination of sites. Each park and each service must be priced separately on the forms included in this RFP.

Proposal Deadline: Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., prevailing time
